    1. What is International Travel Fair in Busan?

    International Travel Fair in Busan (ITFB) is a travel exhibition organized by Busan Tourism Association hosted by Busan Metropolitan City.

    Not only local governments, counties and municipalities in Korea participate in this Event but also international tourism boards, embassies, local and international travel agencies, hotels, aviation entities and other related organizations and institutions to provide a various and exciting entertainment.

    Also, we plan to develop exhibition tools such as inviting famous influencers, exhibit latest tourism trend industry, provide unique venue, run world food festivals and other various events to attract visitors and also plan to operate exciting new concurrent events.

    By participating in the International Travel Fair in Busan, promote your company’s and organization’s tourism policies as well as information. We hope that this is an opportunity for you to communicate and connect with individuals with eager interest in travel as well as to connect with stakeholders from the tourism industry.

    2. Is there a penalty policy when cancelling an application for participation?

    Any enquiries or questions related to cancellation of your participation should be directed to the office.

    3. Can you recommend preferred contractors or rental companies for booth installation and required equipment for the exhibition?

    4. When will be informed about the Booth Layout for the Exhibition?

    The layout for booths and list of participating companies/institutes will normally be announced approximately 2 to 3 before the Exhibition is due to start. 

    Prior to the exhibition, for a smooth discussion with the participants; you will be notified individually and contacted for a consultation. 

    We will try our best to announce the necessary information as soon as possible.

    5. I need to amend the details on my application form.

    If you need to revise or add details to your application, please contact our executive office and we will do our best to assist you.

    6. Are there food and beverage shops or amenities within the exhibition hall?

    There are various food and beverage shops as well as amenities within the exhibition halls of BEXCO. 

    Please refer to our International Travel Fair in Busan website by clicking on “Community” -> “Amenities” for details and specific details can be found on our official BEXCO website.

    7. What are the transportations and parking facilities at the Exhibition?

    If you are travelling by Metro, depart at BEXCO Station or Centum City Station

    The surround bus stops nearby BEXCO are (BEXCO) Centum City Station, BEXCO Station, Olympic Intersection Transfer Center. For regular bus services, you can take bus number 115, 5-1, 39, 40, 63, 107, 141, 155, 181, 141 (night bus), 307.

    Please note that the parking facilities within the Exhibition Venue is pay-to-park.
